Stacey has over sixteen years of combined administrative and legal support experience. She joined The Eclipse Group in June 2009, having previously served as legal assistant and office manager for Loeb, Kosacz and Sundberg, LLP.
Stacey is in the process of transitioning from her role as legal assistant to paralegal. In addition to her administrative and managerial skills, Stacey’s transactional and litigation experience includes trademark applications; company formations; preparing and filing subpoenas, pleadings, discovery, motions, and answers with federal bankruptcy/district/appellate courts; as well as conducting document review/production. Stacey’s breadth of experience enables her to offer uniquely insightful support in meeting clients’ business and legal needs.
Stacey is currently working simultaneously toward her Associate of Arts degree in paralegal studies, and obtaining her California Paralegal Certificate. Prior to her legal career, Stacey spent over ten years in the insurance industry, working for such companies as AIG.
Stacey is a licensed notary public in the State of California and enjoys spending time with her children, in addition to studying, camping, hiking, biking and reading.
