Mr. Perez offers clients expertise in all areas of intellectual property law with emphasis on patent prosecution and client counseling on patent-related issues. Mr. Perez has represented both patent owners and alleged infringers in litigation. He has provided non-infringement and/or invalidity opinions, and has prepared and prosecuted patents in the electrical arts.
