Travis is an associate at The Eclipse Group LLP with over seven years of experience.  His practice focuses on business, intellectual property, real estate and trade secret litigation, with an emphasis on creative cost-effective solutions to his clients.
 
Travis has aggressively represented clients in litigation across many areas, including trademark, copyright, and patent issues, as well as commercial, business and real estate litigation. Of note, he has taken 52 cases to verdict; 45 of which were jury trials.
 
His clients are US and international corporations.  His largest clients include Innovage, LLC (importer and wholesaler of numerous consumer products around the world), Dragon Sourcing, Ltd. (international sourcing corporation based in Hong Kong), National Offsets (emission credit broker), and CT Printing Ltd. (Hong Kong based book and print manufacturer).
 
Travis has extensive experience in multiple industry areas including overseas sourcing, manufacturing and wholesale; Internet law including web development, software and search engine optimization; and real estate.
 
Travis was selected as a 2009 & 2010 "Rising Star" by the Los Angeles magazine Southern California Super Lawyers, placing him in the top 2.5 percent of his peers.  He is a member of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, The Federalist Society, and the Anti-Defamation League; and served as a staff writer at the International Law Review in 2000 – 2001.
