Patrick joined The Eclipse Group as the director of information technology in March 2010, following a part-time IT consulting role from 2008 until joining the firm on a full-time basis.
He has amassed over ten years of hands-on experience in multiple areas of information technology, to include computers, servers, telephony, e-mail, the Internet, networking, development and deployment, remote support and onsite support, as well as extensive client relations.
Patrick’s diverse technical background includes all aspects of hardware and software research, selection and purchasing, assembly and installation, as well as systems integration and rebuilding computers. He has supported end users and satellite offices located in such regions as the Hawaiian Islands; Southern and Central California; throughout the Central United States; in addition to North Carolina, Florida and the United Kingdom.
Throughout Patrick’s professional IT career, he has worked with and supported a wide array of clients and end users such as doctors, lawyers, engineers, construction companies, sheet metal companies, CNC machining companies, psychological institutions, interior designers, accountants, business managers, non-profit organizations, educational institutions, film production companies, celebrities and government officials, each with particular business needs ranging from as few as one to two computers to as many as 25,000+ clients and computers.Patrick’s current role at The Eclipse Group is to maintain a constant awareness of network systems, and to ensure the constant availability of information and access for attorneys and support staff.
When not fulfilling his responsibilities for the firm, Patrick enjoys working with Calvary Chapel Burbank in support of their audio visual department and is an avid cyclist.
