While in law school, she served as a cadet teacher at the University of Law of Buenos Aires from 1999-2001. Subsequent to graduation, she practiced law for two years as an independent attorney practitioner in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In January of 2003, Ms. Noli joined The Eclipse Group as a legal assistant specializing in intellectual property law, with particular emphasis on the protection and procurement of the foreign intellectual property. Since joining the firm, Ms. Noli has become licensed to practice law in the State of California and is currently practicing as an associate with The Eclipse Group IP Law Division with a continued emphasis on the foreign patent, trademark and copyright protection and procurement. Ms. Noli is knowledgeable regarding U.S. patent, trademark and copyright law as well as the Patent Cooperation Treaty, the Madrid Protocol and the patent, trademark and copyright laws of many foreign jurisdictions. She is in continuous communication with our network of foreign associates in Europe, Asia, North America, and South America with regard to the prosecution and maintenance of national and regional stage patent and trademark filings. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Noli was an exchange student in Saint Louis, Missouri, where she obtained her high school diploma. Ms. Noli also studied Italian for four years at Dante Alighieri, Buenos Aires, studied German for three years at the Goethe Institute in Buenos Aires, and took an intensive Italian class in Florence, Italy. Ms. Noli is fluent in Spanish and English and proficient in Italian and German.
