The Eclipse Group attorney Nicolas S. Gikkas participated in a panel discussion at Silicon Valley Connect 2011, sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce International Consortium for Entrepreneurs (CCICE). Silicon Valley Connect 2011 was hosted at the Computer History Museum in Mountain View, California. Entrepreneurs from around the world, including a large contingent from Australia, traveled to Mountain View to meet and connect with Silicon Valley leaders. The entrepreneurs listened to Nicolas and other panelists discuss how to find distribution channels, protect intellectual property and raise venture capital, among other things. Also on the panel were executives from Siemens Venture Capital, Salesforce.com, Paragon Technical and the Guidewire Group. Nicolas contributed his point-of-view based on years of experience helping clients grow their business and protect their intellectual property.
