Diane has over twenty-three years of experience as a legal assistant/paralegal, working within various aspects of intellectual property. She has been working in her current role in the Los Angeles office of The Eclipse Group LLP since June 2005.
Prior to joining The Eclipse Group, she worked in-house as a senior intellectual property paralegal for Harman International Industries Incorporated, a manufacturer of high-end audio equipment for consumer and professional markets and assisted in the start up of the intellectual property department. Her responsibilities included handling the trademark portfolio, which included over 2300 cases for 75 subsidiaries worldwide, trademark opposition matters and maintaining worldwide patent annuities for the corporate entity.
The knowledge Diane has gained through both her law firm and in-house experience has provided her with an extensive intellectual property background, making her well versed in understanding the client’s business needs.
Diane received her business education from Robert Morris Business College in Chicago, Illinois in 1981, and received her Paralegal Certificate-California Equivalent in 2001. She continues to further her legal education to stay current with today’s marketplace.
