- Successfully enforced publicity rights in the nutraceuticals industry, obviating the need for litigation, Litigants Confidential.
- Won payment to defendants on patent infringement defense for a multimillion dollar laptop LCD screen patent, case ID confidential, E.D. Va
- Won mediated settlement in the amount prayed for in a design misappropriation and breach of contract case in the retail baby products industry, Case ID Confidential, in the C. D. Cal.
- Won a preliminary injunction against copyright infringers in decorative kitchen goods market, KK Merchandise v. BIC Enterprises, C. D. Cal.
- Successfully defended trademark infringement and unfair competition claims for personal computer OEM, Case ID Confidential, C.D. Cal. Plaintiff’s Demand: $1,000,000. Result: payment to defendants.
- Successful trademark and copyright infringement defense of more than ten companies against Microsoft Corporation.
