Alison Buchter has been the finance administrator of The Eclipse Group since February 2006, responsible for all areas of corporate finance, financial analysis, performance analysis, budgeting, and accounting in this national intellectual property-focused law firm.
Prior to her tenure with the firm, Alison worked in the banking and investment industry as a Series-7 licensed investment consultant and personal banker for Wells Fargo & Co.
Alison earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida on a full academic scholarship, majoring in Finance with a focus on corporate finance and investments. In addition to graduating with honors, Alison was able to complete her 4-year degree in 2.5 years. While at the University of Florida, Alison was honored as an Anderson Scholar and member of the Dean’s list. She is also a member of the Beta Gama Sigma National Business Honor Society.
She obtained her Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from California State University, Northridge. The curriculum emphasized case study and consulting, and also involved directly managing the university’s student endowment fund valued at over $600,000.
